My name is Mike Sorenson. I’m the president of the Southern Drag Boat Association (SDBA). The largest and oldest drag boat sanctioning body in the United States. We held our 35th awards banquet and hired the Beamers to play at our event. I received raving reviews from all who attended (330 members).. Many said who ever chose the Beamers did an excellent job. You guys were great!! I sent some feedback to the GIG Master site and it was all good. " I would whole-heartily recommend the Beamers for any ones party. They sounded great and I had many compliments from my guests. They were not the low bid but were well worth the price. The Beamers are a wonderful & Talented Band. They are very professional. Working with Rick was fantastic. He recommended songs, was very accommodating of the mixture of music we wanted played at our wedding reception. It is so difficult to find a band that plays a mixture of a little country, latin, today's favorite music and classic oldies. The Beamers are the band that plays it all. The dance floor was filled with family and friends of all ages. The Beamers knew what to play to keep that dance floor full! After the wedding we still hear how great the band at the reception was. We did not have a long reception, and The Beamers were great at performing in the time we had needed. If we are ever in need of a band again, we will definitely contact The Beamers. We will also recommend The Beamers to anyone looking for that perfect band.

The Beamers did a wonderful job for The Women's Club Of Greater Lakeway "Spring Dance 2006". The event was held in the Rio Grande Room at the Lakeway Inn, Lakeway Texas on Friday March the 10th. We appreciate their professionalism and the fantasic array of songs played by the band including their rendition of a few special songs that we had made asked them to play.They truley gave a wonderful performance and played tirelessly for many hours. The Beamers played our wedding reception at the One World Theatre and they couldn't have done a better job. They are a fun party band with a great sound. recieved tons of compliments on them. I was even told that they were the best
band in years of this event and that they even sounded just like the beatles
